The University of Montana men's basketball team beat Northern Colorado University 91-83 to win the 2025 Big Sky Basketball Championship game at Idaho Central Arena in Boise, Idaho. The players are holding the trophy as confetti falls from the ceiling of the arena.

College basketball's postseason is here and the Montana Grizzlies are dancing in Denver! The Griz take on Wisconsin in their first-round match-up at the Ball Arena at 11:30 a.m. (MDT) on Thursday, March 20. Join University of Montana alumni, friends and fans as we support the Montana Grizzlies from coast to coast.

Griz Pregame Celebration

Get ready, Denver—Griz Nation is taking over! Join us for a pregame celebration as we bring the pride of Montana to the Mile High City. Enjoy an evening with fellow alumni, fans and friends, featuring special appearances by the UM Spirit Squad, Grizzly Marching Band, Monte, UM Alumni Association and Grizzly Athletics.

This is a free, no-host gathering with light snacks to enjoy while you celebrate.

UMAA invites fans to gather early at Ball Arena! Meet us in the Mountain House for a pregame cheers before the Griz take on the Badgers. This is a no-host gathering. Reservations can be made via Resy.

First-Round Game Tickets

Montana's ticket allotment is very limited. Tickets to the general public will go on sale on Tuesday. Roundball Club members and season ticket holders will have priority access before the general public. Explore ticket options on GrizTix.
