Alley Fontenot
Alley stumbled onto her mat for the first time in 1997 at the Billings Family YMCA. Her practice has evolved over the years, culminating in her 200-hour certification in Hatha Yoga from Kula Yoga Shala in Jupiter, Florida, in 2013. Kula taught her to slow things down, dig a little deeper and try not to be too hard on herself. Alley truly believes in the healing power of movement and breath and loves sharing the practice with everyone. In Alley’s class, you can expect a light-hearted alignment-based slow flow, set to chill beats. Alley is a proud graduate of the University of Montana Law School. When Alley is not on her mat, you can find her working at the Montana Community Foundation as a Gift and Estate Planning Director, kayaking the rivers of Montana and Idaho or hiking the mountains with her dog, Miss Lyla Garrity. Clear eyes full hearts can’t lose.
